Because BillTrack does not require an account to use, we collect minimal information. When you upload a receipt, the image is temporarily transmitted to our servers for processing. Receipt images and their contents are not retained after processing is complete.

If you contact us via our contact form or email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond to your inquiry.

Automatically collected information

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Browser type and version
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referrer URL

This information is collected in aggregate and anonymized form. It is used solely for understanding how the Service is used and for improving it. It cannot be used to identify you individually.

Receipt images uploaded to BillTrack are transmitted securely over HTTPS to our processing servers. The AI extracts item and price information from the image, which is returned to your browser. After processing, both the original image and extracted data are deleted from our servers. We do not store, analyze, or share the contents of your receipts.

4. Advertising

BillTrack is an advertising-supported service. We may display advertisements on our website. Our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant advertisements based on your browsing activity on other websites.

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
