By accessing or using BillTrack (the "Service") at https://www.billtrack.app and https://www.billtrackapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

BillTrack provides an AI-powered receipt scanning and expense splitting service. You may upload receipt images to the Service, which uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract item and price information and assist with splitting expenses among multiple parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images that contain illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
  • Use automated tools to access the Service at scale without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any receipt images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that image solely for the purpose of providing the Service. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded images are deleted after processing and are not retained.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image you submit to the Service.

5. Accuracy of Results

BillTrack uses AI to extract information from receipts. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that results will be error-free. You should always verify the extracted data before finalizing any financial transaction or agreement. BillTrack is not liable for any financial disputes or losses arising from inaccurate receipt data or expense calculations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by BillTrack and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Advertising

The Service is funded by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLTRACK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where the operator is located.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
